You pay a monthly rate for each employee who needs IT support. Add or remove users anytime — additions are prorated immediately, removals take effect at month end.
Month-to-month service with 30-day cancellation notice. We earn your business every month. A one-time onboarding fee applies to new clients.
Each user gets account management, device support, onboarding/offboarding, access to help desk, and all platform management listed in your tier.
For Essential tier, we'll discuss upgrading to Professional. For Professional tier, we review usage monthly — consistent overages may require a tier adjustment.
Most clients are fully onboarded within 1–2 weeks depending on environment complexity.
Software development, custom coding, physical on-site support (available for additional fee), and legal/compliance consulting are outside our scope.
